School Meals
All school meals must be ordered and paid for through our Arbor App. Please ensure that meals are ordered by the Friday of the week before they are needed. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
Every child in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 is entitled to receive a free school lunch. Children are encouraged to take up the offer of a free hot meal, but can bring a packed lunch if they wish. A school dinner for children in Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 if they wish to have one costs £2.65 per day.
Please note: if your child is eligible for free school meals, universal infant free school meals (years Reception to Year 2) or packed lunches then you must book this via the Arbor Parent Portal but you will not be charged.
Children currently in Year 2, who become Year 3 pupils from September, will no longer receive a universal infant free school meal.
‘No Nuts’ statement
We have a responsibility to provide a safe learning environment for everyone across our schools and we take the management of allergies very seriously. As our school have pupils who suffer from a serious nut allergy, we therefore request that parents and carers do not send food to school that contains nuts.
This includes: -
All types of nuts
Spreads and sandwich fillings containing nuts like peanut butter and Nutella.
Cereal and chocolate bars which contain nuts.
Cakes or biscuits which contain nuts.
Please check food labels if you are unsure about ingredients.
